Police Commissioner Kevin Bethel is releasing a 100-day plan to address ways to prevent youth gun violence. In Bethel’s research for this plan, he found that the month of May, Mondays and two hours after school dismissal are when the most shootings involving students occur. NBC10’s Leah Uko heard some of the solutions commissioner Bethel has to combat this in his 100-day plan for Philadelphia.
