Education Services for Youth in Residential Placements

Arley Styer currently serves as Chief of Programs at Episcopal Community Services (ECS), where she leads the integration and implementation of the Prosperity Model throughout all ECS programs.

Previously, Arley served as Director of Youth and Workforce Development Initiatives at Episcopal Community Services, where she introduced and oversaw various workforce programs. Prior to joining ECS in 2013, Arley served in both direct service and administrative roles at various organizations in the local nonprofit sector, including at Philadelphia Youth Network (PYN). During her tenure at PYN, she designed and implemented programs and capacity-building initiatives for more than 60 youth service providers and 4,800 youth in Philadelphia. As a Stoneleigh Emerging Leader Fellow with the Education Law Center from 2009-2010, Arley conducted research on the educational experiences of children at residential placement facilities in Pennsylvania.

Arley holds a BA in sociology from Ursinus College and an MSS and MLSP from Bryn Mawr College.
