Rona M. Navera, SHRM-CP
Director of Administration
Rona joined the Stoneleigh Foundation in 2010, initially as an Administrative Officer. In her current role as Director of Administration, she is responsible for managing daily office operations and various human resource functions, including policy and regulatory compliance and employee benefits. She also assists the Executive Director in the development and management of the Foundation’s budget.
Previously, Rona worked as a Fund Development Officer with a local nonprofit organization and as Administrative Assistant to a Philadelphia City Council member. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, serves on the Board of the Asian American Women’s Coalition, and was a volunteer ESL teacher at the Nationalities Service Center from 2012-2015.
Rona holds a bachelor’s degree in human ecology, a master’s degree in multicultural education, and certificates in human resource management and accounting.
