Establishing the Pennsylvania Advisory Committee on Greater Father Involvement

Former Stoneleigh Fellow Rufus Sylvester Lynch played an integral role in the Pennsylvania’s recent passage HB 1731 into law as Act 114 of 2022, which establishes the Pennsylvania Advisory Committee on Greater Father Involvement within the Pennsylvania Joint State Government Commission.
