MOVING THE DIAL: A Report on Education Experiences of Children in Penn Residential Treatment Facilities

This Stoneleigh Foundation publication shares the results of the one-year junior fellowship project of Arley Styer with the Education Law Center.  Arley's project explored the educational experiences of children placed in Pennsylvania  group homes and residential treatment facilities.
