Juvenile justice reformer accepts Stoneleigh Fellowship

Stoneleigh Visiting Fellow Bob Listenbee is featured in The Philadelphia Tribune. 

Robert L. Listenbee will return to Philadelphia to lend his national expertise in juvenile justice reform as a Stoneleigh Foundation Visiting Fellow at Drexel University. Listenbee had served as administrator of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention beginning in 2013 during the Obama administration. Before that, he served as chief of the juvenile unit at the Defender Association of Philadelphia for 16 years. His other credentials include a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and a law degree from the University of California, Berkeley. For the foundation, Listenbee will bring a national perspective to its work of improving outcomes for young people caught up in the juvenile justice and child welfare systems.
