At the 2008 Pennsylvania Conference on Juvenile Justice, held November 5-7, 2008, in Harrisburg, state leaders gave concerted attention to the academic and career/technical training of Pennsylvania’s detained youth.
Stoneleigh Fellow Candace Putter presented on her fellowship work, the Pennsylvania Academic and Career/Technical Training (PACTT) Project, which received positive feedback from attendees.
