On May 16, 2008, Junior Fellow Sam George with the support of United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania (UWSEPA) convened respected leaders from throughout Philadelphia's law enforcement, criminal justice, social services and community based organizations to discuss the city's stop snitiching crisis.
