The Project
Philly BOLT (Build Our Lives Together) is an organization that works to cultivate, support, and empower grassroots leaders to drive community-led change and create a Philadelphia where every neighborhood thrives. To meet this mission, BOLT hosts:
- The BOLT Youth Leaders Fellowship, which provides paid programming to young people to equip them with skills, advocacy tools, and civic knowledge to pursue leadership roles that strengthen their communities.
- The BOLT School for Grassroots Leadership, which provides coaching and capacity-building training to help grassroots leaders elevate their work and reach their visions faster.
