DPW Bulletin: Educational Portions of “Non-Educational” Residential Placement

Emerging Leader Fellow Arley Styer and Education Law Center contributed to this Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare bulletin regarding the education of children in residential placements. 

The bulletin sets out the obligations of residential facilities, including notifying host school districts when students are admitted and facilitating discharge planning to a home school district.
