Natasha Felder currently serves as the City of Philadelphia’s Deputy Youth Ombudsperson.
Natasha served as a Stoneleigh Emerging Leader Fellow at Youth Sentencing & Reentry Project from 2016-2017, where she developed a toolkit to improve representation for girls in the adult criminal justice system. Previously, she worked directly with young people as a residential treatment and detention counselor, a juvenile probation officer, and a reintegration worker for adjudicated youth. While completing her law degree, Natasha worked with the Villanova Law Institute to Address Commercial Sexual Exploitation, interned at the United States Attorney’s Office, and served in certified legal intern positions at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office and the Montgomery County Public Defender’s Office – Juvenile Division.
Natasha holds a BS in criminal justice from Lincoln University, an MS in criminology from Saint Joseph’s University, and a JD from Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law.
