Penn Academic and Career/Technical Training Project (PACTT): A Presentation

At the 2008 Pennsylvania Conference on Juvenile Justice, held November 5 - November 7, 2008 in Harrisburg, state leaders gave concerted attention to the academic and career/technical training of Pennsylvania's detained youth.

Stoneleigh Fellow Candace Putter presented on her fellowship work, the Pennsylvania Academic and Career/Technical Training (PACTT) Project. In this presentation, you will learn more about how Putter and her team are working to improve the coursework and job training offered in Pennsylvania's residential detention facilities--and help to improve the life outcomes of the young people involved in the system.
