Candace Putter Presents PACTT at State Forum (June 5, 2008)

Pennsylvania leaders in services for delinquent youth convened on June 5-6, 2008 to review progress on improving aftercare services for youth. Stoneleigh Fellow Candace Putter and Director of Allegheny County Juvenile Probation, Russ Carlino, presented details of the PACTT project, which seeks to improve the education and career training offered to delinquent youth in residential facilities.

The "Forum on Improving and Enhancing Aftercare Practices in Pennsylvania" was sponsored by the Pennsylvania Council of Children, Youth and Family Services and the Pennsylvania Council of Chief Juvenile Probation Officers. Other speakers included Stoneleigh Board Member Estelle Richman, Secretary of the Department of Public Welfare and member of the Stoneleigh Foundation Board of Directors.
