Fellowship programs are hardly unique. There are thousands of them throughout the world. What is unique in each program are the personalities, motivations and experiences of the fellows selected. The case is made with our Stoneleigh Fellows. While they all have a common denominator - passion to help children - their individual stories are far from similar. They are inspirational, intriguing and insightful.

Former Stoneleigh Public Policy Fellow Liza Rodriguez has been selected to serve as the Director of the Philadelphia Department of Human Services' Education Support Center. During her Fellowship, Liza worked with DHS, the School District of Philadelphia, and the Mayor's Office of Education to develop the Center to improve education outcomes for youth involved in the DHS system.
