Testimony of Chester High School Youth Court Members

Brian Foster and Jamar Saunders, members of the Chester High School Youth Court, and Stoneleigh Fellow Gregory Volz testified before the Pennsylvania Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on best practices in the juvenile justice systems on June 15, 2010 and the Pennsylvania House Children and Youth Committee hearing on deliquency prevention on June 10, 2010.
