The Pennsylvania Juvenile Justice Recidivism Report: Juveniles with a 2007 Case Closure released

This report was largely written by Former Emerging Leader Fellow Justine Fowler. It marks the first time that the juvenile court system has looked at data to assess system effectivenessness. It is part of a larger commitment by the JCJC to enhance the capacity of the juvenile justice system to achieve its mission of balanced and restorative justice.  This report establishes the basis upon which the Juvenile Justice Enhancement System will measure effectiveness moving forward.
