Pennsylvania Bar Association Resolution on Youth Courts
Pennsylvania Bar Association unanimously passed a resolution on youth courts in May 2011. The resolution calls for the establishment of a state-wide Youth Court Advisory Board comprised of judges, lawyers, probation officers, educators, faith-based and philanthropic leaders, and youth.
