PA Supreme Court Rules Juvenile SORNA Unconstitutional

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled on December 29, 2014 that the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA) as applied to juveniles is unconstitutional.  Read the decision here.

The Juvenile Law Center and the Defender Association of Philadelphia argued the case before the PA Supreme Court, submitting Stoneleigh Fellow Nicole Pittman's report, Raised on the Registry, as the main exhibit.
