Chester High School's youth court is held up as model program by the Pennsylvania School Climate Coalition in its inaugural newsletter.  "Assembled in a small basement classroom, 20 committed Chester High students meet three times a week to tackle one of the most pressing issues plaguing the district: school discipline." Read the full issue here.  Stoneleigh Fellow Gregg Volz is leading this effort in Chester, Pennsylvania.
