Cameras Rolling, and ... Action!

Joslyn Young's fellowship project is inspired by her work with ten African American teenagers from Chester, Pennsylvania who were involved in a film production program at the Chester Voices for Change Summer Institute.   Joslyn's research demonstrates that media production can be a tool for youth development and community involvement.
